GAWOL has been exclusively devoted to the development and production of tin boxes for more than 40 years. GAWOL is one of the best known producers and distributors of tea, coffee and biscuit boxes in Germany.

We count internationally renowned brand name producers and trading companies to our customers as well as patisseries and tee shops. With offices in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Hong Kong we deliver to our customer’s world-wide. Our staff consists of long term employees. We are a member of the chamber of commerce and a certified trade-training institute.

The years of experience and the constant development of attractive motives and forms make GAWOL the ideal business partner and guarantees customer satisfaction. Our strength is the availability of catalogue containers through storage capacity and an efficient team with a flexible production to satisfy individual requests.

Designs range from classical to modern. We constantly expand our product spectrum and include new forms and decors. All designs are developed exclusively in our house and are legally protected. Use our immense experience in the development and production of individual customer-specific solutions for décor and form. We would be pleased to give detailed advice.

An independent certified laboratory continually monitors the food-stuff purity according to LFGB and Regulation (EG) 1935/2004.

Certified Production - Outstanding Product Quality - Food-stuff purity

Printed tin boxes are renowned as a high-quality, durable product-packaging. They are outstanding as a durable advertising media for high quality items. Our jewelry boxes are made of a tin thickness relative to the box size and quality printed with “Pantone Colors” or with “4 Color Offset”. A subsequent surface-coating makes the container abrasion resistant.

We possess more than 1000 different formats. With different prints in matt, glossy or effect paint and a multi stage embossing inside and outside we can satisfy all of your wishes. We offer this very individual production process for an order (depending on the size of the article) of 3000 items. Applications such as music, hinges, locks, aroma seal, windows, rhinestones, handles, zippers and much more is possible.

Continuous high quality during the production process is assured using “In-process Control”. The food-stuff purity is constantly controlled and certified by an independent laboratory. Our production satisfies diverse social certifications, more information is available upon request. After many years use by the customer, a tin box can be 100% re-cycled.

Our customer services department will fully adapt to your request. With an extensive product catalogue containing more than 60 modern décor, article lines and a permanent storage capacity of ca. 5000 pallets we, more than any of our competition, can react quickly from our stored items to satisfy your request, with no minimum quantity and minimum package units.

We pay attention to your packaging, logistic and transport requirements. The articles will be packed in transport boxes, if desired on one-way or euro pallets, secured with plastic wrap and, according to your instructions, delivered on-time.

For the clients of a customer specific article, the entire production process, from the idea development to the finished product is made available. We develop designs especially for you and clarify all related questions in advance.

Special requests
are a norm for us.

Should none of the ca. 1000 forms in our shape-stock warehouse fill your requirements we are able to create a plastic model of the desired structure including embossing. After the model has been approved the steel tools will be produced. The press form is then produced and production of the box can begin.

Every production step, until the article is sent to our warehouse, is monitored by an “In Process” control.

Transport-packaging and delivery on palettes, as well as the timely delivery, will be carried out according to your specifications.
